LandOne Engineering, LLC offers engineering and design services for public and private projects, specializing in site/civil, land development and entitlement.  We take pride in building successful partnerships with clients to deliver high-value land development solutions.




Sammy grew up in Sioux Falls, SD and Las Vegas, NV before arriving in Colorado…and she’s been here ever since.  Sammy’s experience includes office management, industry project management and small business ownership.  She brings strength to the company through organization and responsiveness and has accountability for time management and financials.  Sammy is pursuing her PMP certification.


Sammy explores Colorado through camping and exploration via ATV or snowmobile. She’s a mom to son, Brody, who keeps her busy when she isn’t working at LandOne.

Taylor Kofoed, EI

Project Engineer

Taylor graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering and came to Colorado in 2015.  Taylor’s commitment to professional development is strong and she’s keen to undertake new and challenging work to elevate her skillset and provide the most value to the company and her clients.  Taylor is currently pursuing her PE.


Taylor enjoys travel and family time.  Taylor and her husband, Austin, have a daughter, Karter and a son, Beau and share their home with Dazzle, their Bernese Mountain Dog.


Daniel Hull, PE

Dan is a proud Colorado native.  He graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in May 2000 and obtained his PE license shortly after.  Dan’s engineering work includes positions at Pickett Engineering Inc, Lamp Rynearson & Associates, Olsson Associates and most recently at his own company, LandOne Engineering LLC.  Dan’s passion for his field of work fuels the company and he thoroughly enjoys the relationships and challenges that come with it.  He’s determined to create a new breed of engineering that will provide increased flexibility and mobility with web-based applications and dispersed locations.


Dan enjoys spending time in the outdoors and exploring new places.  He hopes to visit Macchu Pichu in the near future.  Dan is a father and grandfather and plans to retire, one day, in Colorado.


Mark was born and raised in Colorado Springs and now calls Northern Colorado home. He graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and a Minor in Environmental Engineering. His work experience includes land development projects for Olsson Associates as well as his current project management endeavors at LandOne Engineering. Mark is pursuing his PE and takes pride in serving his clients with high quality effort and results.


Outside of his work, Mark enjoys sports and the outdoors. He can be found exploring surrounding areas for good fishing and he maximizes his outdoor space at home with container gardens.

Hayley was born in Conifer Colorado and now lives in Fort Collins with her family.  She currently attends the University of Colorado at Boulder, with goals of majoring in Civil Engineering with a minor in Architectural Engineering.  She was an advocate and member of Skills USA throughout high school, which promotes the involvement of students in the trades industry.  Hayley has a passion for watching a project go from plans on paper to its physical construction.  Hayley is currently an intern at LandOne and is very excited about the opportunities to learn and grow as a future Civil Engineer.


Hayley enjoys spending her free time with her five younger siblings and parents. She loves going on adventures with her family, and discovering the natural wonders Colorado has to offer.
